100% mirror polished 304 stainless steel ion plated with 14k gold, making these earrings bright, highly durable and corrosion resistant as well as waterproof.

★ Sensitive Skin & Nickel

Although 304 stainless steel naturally contains nickel, it is bound within the alloy rather than used as a surface coating.

Therefore it is often a great choice for many people with sensitive skin or mild nickel sensitivities.

All our stainless steel has been nickel-release tested, or labelled as nickel free, which means the results show minimal to no detectable release and passes strict EU standards.

However we cannot recommended for those with severe nickel allergies.

The gold colour is created using durable PVD plating, which bonds the finish securely to the stainless steel for excellent resistance to everyday wear.

Although designed to be long-lasting, the colour may gradually soften over time with frequent friction or exposure to water and harsh chemicals. The stainless steel underneath remains tarnish-resistant, so any fading will simply reveal the silver-toned metal rather than causing rust or discolouration.

All materials have been tested to meet REACH requirements or equivalent standards. They have also undergone nickel-release testing to ensure nickel release is minimal or undetectable.
