Each item we send to the EU will come with safety instructions and care instructions in the native language of the country it is being sent to, you will also be provided with a product / batch code to make it easy to report any safety issues to us should this arise.

Wash at 30°C.

Badges: Due to possible ingestion, small parts are not suitable

for children under 36 months.

Contains sharp point, any child old enough to wear a badge should still have adult supervision when putting the badge on.

Shipping Notice

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

For orders to France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Malta and the Netherlands, import VAT and customs duties are collected at checkout where applicable, so there should be no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.

For orders to Belgium, Lithuania and the Czech Republic, import VAT, customs duties and any local handling fees may be charged by customs or the delivery provider upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

As a small business, we are committed to complying with EU packaging and waste regulations to the best of our knowledge and ability. We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and strive to meet the requirements of each country we ship to.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order) without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return request directly through your account. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items or within 1-2 working days should you cancel before your order has been shipped. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
