Returns, refunds & exchange policy

We want to give you the best shopping experience possible, which is why we offer a simple and transparent returns process.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive your item and decide you no longer need it or you want to exchange your order for something different on our website, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us.

In this case, you will be responsible for the return postage.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

★ In the same condition as received
★ Unworn or unused
★ With original packaging (if possible)
★ You must be able to provide proof of purchase

To start your refund or exchange process please email us, have your order number ready and we ill get back to you ASAP

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if it has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you requested an exchange instead of a refund, your exchange will be sent within a week of us receiving your item back and you will receive an email once the exchange has been sent out to you.

Damaged or lost items

If your item arrives damaged, lost in transit or you receive the wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & non returnable items

Custom products cannot be returned unless they were damaged or lost in tarnsit, therefore please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European union 14 days cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
