Please include the following details so we can help you as best as possible:

★ A clear description of what you’re looking for (for example: custom engraving, a charm and chain combination we don’t currently offer, or a custom flag design)

★ As much detail as you can about your idea

★ A link to the product listing you’d like to customise or use as inspiration

★ If you’re requesting a necklace or bracelet, please include your preferred length

★ If multiple materials are available, let us know which material you’d like

★ A sketch or reference image of your idea, if applicable

The price of a custom item depends on factors such as the time required and whether new files or designs need to be created. We’ll always provide a quote for your approval before you commit to anything.

Once you decide to proceed with a custom order, we’ll send you a payment link to place a deposit of 50% of the total price. This deposit is non-refundable, as custom items require dedicated design time and materials and cannot be resold if cancelled.

After your item is made, we’ll send you a photo to make sure you’re happy with it. If you’d like any adjustments, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Once you’ve approved the final piece, we’ll confirm the available shipping options, collect the remaining balance, and ship your order as soon as possible. You’ll receive an email notification once your item is on its way.
