What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

★ Processing time
All items are made to order. Please allow 5–6 working days for us to make and dispatch your order. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
UK 2nd class delivery is £1. Spend £40 or more and UK 2nd class, 1st class and tracked 48 hour delivery are FREE. Spend £50 or more and tracked 24 hour UK delivery is FREE too. International tracked delivery is FREE when you spend £85 or more.*
*T-shirts and tote bags are printed and posted by our print partner, so they have their own delivery charge (£3.95 tracked in the UK) and don't count towards free delivery. If you order one with jewellery, it will arrive in a separate parcel.

★ International shipping
T-shirts and tote bags: our print partner does not send parcels with duties and taxes paid. So the taxes and duties information below is for jewellery. Taxes are not included in the price of a T-shirt or tote bag outside the UK, and you may be asked to pay import duties and taxes when it arrives.
★ USA
All items sent to the USA come with a tracking number. Duties and tariffs are included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.
★ Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands and Malta
All items sent to the countries listed above come with a tracking number, all taxes are included in listing price and any import duties are added on at checkout, you will see this as "Duties"
★ Everywhere Else
Any countries not listed have a choice between Standard Shipping (Untracked) OR Tracked International.
The buyer will be responsible for any duties or taxes upon delivery. Please make sure you are aware of how much this will be, if any, before placing your order.
★ Eco-Friendly Packaging:
We are proud to use packaging that is recyclable, compostable, or made from recycled materials. Your order will arrive in a white padded envelope or purple poly mailer, along with a thank you card and a free sticker.

Where are your products manufactured?
★ Our manufacturing process
All our jewellery, badges, prints & stickers are currently made by us.
Our T-shirts & Tote bags are printed on demand using DTG (direct to garment) printing by a small business in the UK.
Our Jewellery Findings:
★ Original design charms
Each charm begins as an original Leftbians design before being produced in stainless steel by our trusted manufacturing partner, which is registered with the Responsible Jewellery Council.
Our manufacturing partner holds certifications including SA8000 for labour standards and BSCI factory inspection. Once the charms arrive at our home studio in Warwickshire, UK, we inspect them carefully and assemble each piece of jewellery to order.
★ Other charms, chain & findings
Using consciously sourced materials from various trust manufacturers, we design and assemble each jewellery item in our home studio in Warwickshire, UK.
All materials have been tested to meet REACH requirements or equivalent standards. They have also undergone nickel-release testing to ensure nickel release is minimal or undetectable.
★ Engraved items
All our engraved items are engraved in house at our home studio in Warwickshire, UK. Every single design is designed by us, using our ipads (shout out to procreate) then engraved onto Jewellery using a diode laser.
Our Stickers, Prints & Badges:
Currently, all our stickers, prints and badges are made in our home studio in Warwickshire, we are looking to outsource this soon due to the time it takes to make them but we don't want to compromise on quality so we want to make sure we find the correct manufacturer for us!
T-shirts & Tote bags:
T-shirts and tote bags are printed and posted by our print partner, using DTG (direct to garment) printing.
The t-shirts are printed on earth positive tees and the tote bags are printed westford mill totes, both of these brands are ethically made which is important for us.
Currently, we are only able to sell the t-shirst and tote bags in the UK due to postage issues, however, we are looking to partner with POD services abroad to make it possible to sell our designs worldwide.
